Failure to provide the necessary minimum personal data will prevent The Consultant from responding to the request.

Name and email address: to be able to make comments on the website’s blog.

Name, last name, address, phone number, email address, tax identification number: this information will be requested at the time of payment for the service in order to process all customer-related matters.

Name, phone number, and email address for newsletter: with the express and voluntary consent of the data subject, the minimum necessary information will be requested on the website to send an automated commercial newsletter, providing information about advertising, promotions, and other information regarding the services and/or products offered by The Consultant.

Email address: the email address will be requested to access the client area, based on the data provided at the time of account creation.

The Consultant has no effective way to verify the age of users, therefore it is exempt from any liability if the user does not comply with the aforementioned requirement.

FORMS

The website has 4 types of forms:

Contact form: Users, clients, or participants will find forms that facilitate communication with The Consultant to ask questions, provide comments, request a quote, book any of the services offered on the website, or exercise any rights they may have. Failure to provide the necessary minimum personal data will prevent The Consultant from responding to the request. This processing will be considered legitimate as part of a pre-contractual diligence. The website server and The Consultant’s email server will be responsible for the processing.

Advertising form: Users, buyers, or participants will be asked for their express and voluntary consent to provide The Consultant with the minimum necessary data to send advertising and commercial information related to the services and/or products offered by The Consultant, in order to be added to an automated email marketing database managed by the data processor indicated below. The processing of personal data in this section has been done with the consent of the data subject.

Comment form on the blog: In order to prevent spam, inappropriate messages, and ensure proper tracking, users will be asked for their name, email, and website to identify them in the comments they wish to make on blog posts. This data will be visible to other users of the website. If you do not want your data to be visible to others, please contact The Consultant at hola@solnds.com. The website server will be responsible for the processing, which will be carried out with the consent of the data subject.

Service request processing form: Users, clients, or participants will be asked for their data so that The Consultant can process the services requested by the client. Legitimate processing of personal data based on the contractual relationship with the client or participant. The data will be stored on the website server.

In specific cases, the Consultant may use applications or tools that have not been included or mentioned in this list, provided that they are a better option to assist in carrying out a particular task. If this occurs, the Consultant will notify their users, clients, or participants accordingly.

POLICIES RELATED TO THE NEWSLETTER

These policies shall always be understood as a complementary part of the terms and conditions stated on the website, and both shall be equally applicable in the event of a dispute. The privacy policy and intellectual property policy applied shall be the same as stated in the website’s terms and conditions.

The term «newsletter» refers to the digital bulletin that the Consultant periodically creates and sends to its subscribers through an external email service provider, to which the user has voluntarily subscribed.

The Consultant is not obligated to send the newsletter at defined intervals, therefore, they are free to do so at their discretion. The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection at any time by following the instructions found in the footer of the newsletter.

The user shall not share the newsletter’s content with third parties, as this would violate the Consultant’s copyright. The only possible distribution channel is the one managed and/or authorized by the Consultant.

The Consultant shall not be held responsible for third-party content displayed in the newsletter. Any disputes arising from such content should be addressed directly with the person or company mentioned.

All material presented in the newsletter is protected by copyright owned by the Consultant, and in the case of third-party material, it shall be understood that the Consultant has obtained the necessary authorization to use it as agreed with the author.

DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING

Regarding personal data provided for billing and purchasing products or services, it will be stored for the legally applicable period. As for personal data provided for commercial electronic newsletters and blog comments, it will be retained for as long as the data subject wishes to remain on the subscription list. The user may unsubscribe at any time automatically, as indicated in each newsletter, or by writing to hello@solnds.com.
